Compose 1.6.0 recently came out, so Kobweb 0.17.0 was released to support it.

0.16.3 itself was a very minor release, with very few changes (see the release notes for details). It's quite a bit lighter than what I would normally justify for a release, but we cut it early so that we could quickly turnaround and release Compose 1.6.0 support.

I am using the kobweb-cli, how is the cli updated? - Or how to indicate to use this version of kobweb?

When a new CLI version is released, you'll see an update message show up inside the CLI, which will point you to here for more information: <https://github.com/varabyte/kobweb#update-the-kobweb-binary>

Note that the CLI is pretty mature these days and rarely requires updating
