I'm trying to distribute my jetpack compose for MacOS target, so I came here <https://github.com/JetBrains/compose-multiplatform/blob/master/tutorials/Signing_and_notarization_on_macOS/README.md|Signing and Notarization> I read about it and as I grasp what it said there Developer ID Application is optional, so I head on to signed the code. It said they can't sign because the cert cannot be found on the keychain, turns out it has default "Developer ID Application: " added to the prefix. So, which mean Developer ID Application certification is mandatory or am I getting this wrong?
