I noticed a long-running background task named `androidx.emoji2` triggered from `androidx.startup.AppInitializer.doInitialize`  during app startup

• What task is this?
• Why is it to run during app startup?
• If my app doesn’t render any emojis, can I skip `emoji2` initialization? If yes, how?
