Which is the latest template project for getting started? Both of these repos seem to have about the same last updates with SKIE support - what's the story there?

For publishing binaries, use KMMBridgeSKIETemplate. The versions are a bit old, but I can update them quick. I actually just published 0.5.3 for KMMBridge. Literally, like 20 minutes ago.

However, for internal dev, I'm arguing against that for internal dev sharing. Releasing some new stuff soon.

Also, there should be a KMMBridge update soon with simplified setup and the option to use GitHub Releases rather than GitHub Packages (but if you're using GitLab, that's less useful).

yeah. wish we were on GitHub but that's not going to happen right now

What do you recommend, and how soon is soon? :-)

When: well, before KotlinConf for sure. What: that's content soon to be released. Also a tool. There's a bit of an explanation as to "why" that goes along with it.
