I have a very annoying and hard to track down issue with Android Studio Iguana | 2023.2.1 Patch 2 on Macbook M3 Max. It happens when I’m using actions - after typing one or two characters everything freezes, including OS, looks like the app is completely blocking the main OS thread. Nothing can be done at this point. After ~30 seconds OS kill the entire user session and you have to log back in. Anyone else experiencing this issue? TIA

hmm… looks like it might be due to default heap size being to low; I bumped it up considerably and so far so good :crossed_fingers:

nope, that did not help, although it feel like the frequency of the freezes went down a little bit…
