With that said there's a few community on Reddit for that purpose for generic apps, not sure it's easy to reach 20 for watch apps without taking risks of inviting random people and risk account ban for association with bad actors and no recourse. Not only they don't like dev but there's also huge risks associating yourself with random people on Play Store.

@Tolriq is it really that risky? You're just adding them to the internal testers list. Nothing more, nothing less.

There are many bans by associations with non null errors and no way to appeal as Google play the security by hiding. So no one knows how they associate so no one knows the risks. But since they offer 0 support and actual human appeal when they make mistakes I would not take a risk.
