05/05/2024, 7:12 AMI believe the problem we had with crashes in macOs that got fixes im the recent release is not entirely fixed so far. Before this incident IDEA never crashed on me, but now does occasionally (every second day once).

05/05/2024, 7:22 AMNow the problem is not just intellij crash but the Mac restarts which is worse. I found some workarounds (remove widgets, disable screen saver...) I'm still trying but it's really annoying, today it restarts more than 5 times in one hour...

But I think that it's not related to intellij or java this time, there's a lot of reports from people having the same issue with some games and other softwares even xcode.
