After asking in the #compose channel a while back, I finally got around to making a simple "Stepper" component inspired by SwiftUI. It's really amazing how easy it is to work with the Compose & Material 3 components (hopefully Apple catches on 😅)

TLDR; just put some buttons inside the trailingIcon parameter for OutlinedTextField
