Is there a changelog for the compose compiler in Kotlin 2.0.0? I have a strange bug with skipped recomposition after update and would like to ensure it's not a normal change I missed.

It is merged with Kotlin changelog now

Likely it is strong skipping related, 2.0 enabled it by default

Are you sure strong skipping mode is enabled by default in 2.0? Hm, seems like you are correct
I forgot we decided to postpone enabling it until next release
