Our actual plan for K2 mode (IntelliJ Kotlin plugin based on K2 API) release is to rebuild scripting (1st of all - gradle.kts, main.kts is the next) support and provide more stable and robust development experience.
Scratches are on our planning plate for EOY (2024.3) or for the beginning of the next year (2025.1).
But for sure we are going to improve them.
