I was asking myself if there was a way to have default value/impl to expect method/variable. And found this ticket https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-20427/Allow-expect-declarations-with-a-default-implementation
Kind of old, but now that there is K2, maybe it will be taken in consideration ?
