Has anyone made an HCL to RGB or HCL to HSL color conversion function for the Compose Color type?

I was gonna suggest https://github.com/ajalt/colormath but it doesn't appear to have HCL currently. Might be worth making a pull request adding it

I list all the supported color spaces in the docs (https://ajalt.github.io/colormath/colorspaces/), but I'd welcome any suggestions for how to improve them.
