how do I update the standalone version to 0.3.1?

Sine we don’t have update yet, simply open the latest <https://github.com/JetBrains/amper/blob/release/0.3/docs/Usage.md|Usage.md > and use the suggested link do download the new  amper executable. The links are being updated automatically everytime a new version is published
