Cannot access 'org.gradle.api.plugins.ExtensionAware' which is a supertype of 'com.android.build.api.dsl.BuildType'

Good night guys. I can find this dependency 'import org.gradle.api.Project' .Which package i need to install to get this dependency? anyone can help me?
