hey question for any of the Google or JB guys who are directly working on Compose. Is there any blog or even something less formal that we can follow to see what sort of stuff is being worked on for the next versions of Compose?

There's the Compose sources on AOSP that you can keep an eye on

If that is too overwhelming, there are people in the community that do this and post on social media whenever there is something interesting (for example: <https://androiddev.social/@skydoves>)
