Is material3-window-size-class available for cmp ? Also the m3 adaptive layout dependencies ?

No, but window size classes has some targets KMP in androidx. You can use this: https://github.com/chrisbanes/material3-windowsizeclass-multiplatform
For adaptive its not even 1.0 stable so I guess that will take some while. But I expect both will be available once reached stable.
