The release includes a small number of bug fixes from the RC02 but the API is as per the Beta01. Release notes can be found here. Thanks to all of the developers who provided feedback, raised bugs, asked questions to help us reach this milestone.

the company I work for had a bit of a hackathon last week, and the team I led built a WearOS companion app for our main mobile app (>500k daily active users)
really pleased with how seamless the experience was, we built a working prototype with proper architecture (ie. not so “hacky”) in 2 days.. looking forward to convincing the leadership team to give me another ~8 hours to add some tests and a build step for it to our CI pipeline so we can release it into the wild 😄
