Maybe application form is broken: after filling in all the data and pressing "Submit" it highlights already filled info (First/Last name and E-mail) and says nothing about what's wrong with it. At least, it did so for me in Google Chrome on macOS with AdBlock turned off. Or I shouldn't have applied 🙂
