Presumably, you could <https://developer.android.com/kotlin/multiplatform/sqlite#driver_implementations|clone >`BundledSQLiteDriver`<https://developer.android.com/kotlin/multiplatform/sqlite#driver_implementations| and related classes> and have the clone use SQLCipher.
