Though it's still a work-in-progress; I can't help sharing how much fun it is, working with Compose WASM + Skia Shaders to make this personal Résumé site! The potential for rich Web Application with this stack is immense!

nice 🙂 there was a massive loading time for me though, was just showing a blank white page for 5-10 seconds
d
Thanks for checking it out 😊 Longish load time is expected at the moment given it's a >10Mb page, and WASM startup is probably not the most optimised in the browsers yet... I should mitigate with an initial HTML loader. Next stop though: some ambient audio, UI SFX and a timeline component. (2advanced.com will forever be an inspiration 😅)

Yeah, the runtime itself should load reasonably quickly, at least it did for me when trying this out

2advanced.com doesnt do anything for me 😕 just a logo

Actually, I was referring to this:

Proof that web design peaked in 2001
I jest, but only a bit, this had character and a cool aesthetic

ahh yes.. thanks.. looks straight out of a hollywood movie

👍 You might want to revisit light mode: Text-on-background contrast is extremely low in the top section and sections below ("Who I am", "What I..."). Cards are OK, though.

Thanks Oliver, still WIP but you're right the colours need revisiting.

I've tried to run Chrome's Lighthouse on it, but, not surprisingly, it fails to analyze canvas content. For now, switching to dark mode helps. And it's well worth a read because the content is superb and excellently written! ❤️

@darkmoon_uk “including” skiko.js in html is no longer needed, it also will save 3.5 MB
