Not sure where else to surface this, but the new 1.7.0-alpha01 of compose multiplatform fails to sync on basic android projects. Would recommend not merging any dependency update PRs you get for it if you have pre-release updates enabled https://github.com/JetBrains/compose-multiplatform/issues/5061
