Small release on chasm, I’ve added the multi-memory proposal and optimised a few instructions. Still largely working on refactoring ahead of the host functions api rework and api stabilisation, I added the multi memory proposal as it was recently promoted to Stage 5 and thus we need it to stay spec compliant.
