Hello, is there anyone else having issues with the catalog .toml file not giving "upgrade hints" anymore ? I know most of my libraries have updates available but Android Studio is not giving me any warning.

A "new" project created with Android Studio works fine (it's telling me Kotlin 1.9.0 should be updated to 1.9.24).
