This release is a bunch of misc features.

This does _not yet_ support K2. For that, we've been waiting for 2.0.10 to go out. This finally happened today, so we are taking a moment to cut a release which encapsulates a bunch of bug fixes and small feature requests that we've built up while waiting.

We now have to do a bit of testing and some other cleanup work (like migrating templates). Hopefully you'll hear from us in a day or two about that. :crossed_fingers:

If anyone wants to try the K2 stuff a day or two early, you can follow these instructions: <https://github.com/varabyte/kobweb/blob/feature/k2/docs/k2-migration.md> but replace the `"0.19.0"` part with `"0.19.0-SNAPSHOT"`

(I don't expect any issues, but still, to be safe, I suggest working in a new branch that can be reverted if something unexpected happens)

I have tried it and it worked for me without issue.
