Is there any specific reason why PopUpMenu doesn't accept the PopUpProperties that get passed down to the plaform Popup? I can send a PR for it if it wasn't avoided for some specific reason (in my case, I don't want the popup to gain focus)

I don't remember! Probably just forgotten (or didn't exist when Popup was created, more likely). Feel free to open a PR
