*Prepared 1.3.2 is out!*

This version mostly contains documentation improvements, especially related to time-control.

It also stops using `runCurrent` , `advanceTimeBy` and `advanceTimeUntilIdle` since the KotlinX.Coroutines team is considering removing them. See more in the related commits (linked in the changelog).
