When I tried to use ModalNavigationDrawer in my project, it suggested importing it from androidx.compose.material3:material3-android or androidx.compose.material3:material3-desktop

Which implies androidx.compose.material3:material3-ios isn't an option.

You need to use JetBrains artifacts for Compose multiplatform. You can include material3 by compose.material3 in your gradle config
