We’re developing an innovative mobile app (KMP) designed to transform the real estate market with cutting-edge features like AR integration, advanced filtering, and potential AI capabilities.

To bring this vision to life, we’re seeking a skilled Kotlin Ktor developer to build the backend (other technologies ideas are very welcome) and join as an initial business partner.

At this stage, the project is pre-revenue, so we're looking for someone who shares our passion for technology and the vision for this app. Experience with starting projects from scratch is a big plus,
as this role involves shaping the foundation of something significant. You’ll be working alongside a talented designer who’s already part of the team, ensuring a seamless collaboration on both the technical and visual aspects.

While there’s no immediate compensation, this role offers the unique opportunity to be a co-founder with equity in the project. As we secure investment or begin monetizing the app, your contributions will be directly tied to the success and growth of the business.
