There are several plotting libraries including plotly-kt (https://github.com/SciProgCentre/plotly.kt, it will be a part of VisionForge starting from the next version), lets-plot-kotlin (https://github.com/JetBrains/lets-plot-kotlin) and kandy (https://github.com/Kotlin/kandy).
For graphs there is Kaliningraph (https://github.com/breandan/galoisenne) by @breandan.
