FWIW I'm also working on a similar migration, We had previously migrated from just koin, to Koin Annotations, and our plan for converting to hilt is to slowly double up on the annotations until we reach some threshold saturation, then add the entrypoint and swap over any viewmodel methods to the correct methods and finish the remaining outliers.
