Is it expected that klib validation (from binary-compatibility-validator) doesn't work with 2.1.0-Beta1? It gives the error message "KLib validation is not available. Make sure the project uses at least Kotlin 1.9.20 or disable KLib validation by setting apiValidation.klib.enabled to false" which is somewhat misleading because the project is using at least 1.9.20.

Oh no I'm on an old version. Should have thought to bump before asking. 0.16.3 seems fine
