Using Android Studio is the best IDE for now

Tried last week to just click the run icon in android studio having ios selected, and it worked

i dont see any buttons but that's probably because i use IDEA. thanks folks

i think you need the KMM plugin and then you need to enable the kmm plugin since it is disabled by default for whatever reason.
