10/02/2024, 7:11 PMSo assuming we're going by the left hand side of the above image (icon with icon background), the image must be 240x240. However, inside that image, there's a circular area of 160dp diameter where your actual content should be. Anything outside that circle isn't guaranteed to be shown.
I'd recommend going back to whoever built this and ask them to follow the specification above and fit the logo and text inside the 160 diameter circle
