Imagine that, while working in IntelliJ IDEA, you see this feedback window pop up (see the picture attached).
What do you think we're asking you to evaluate?

To clarify my 3.
Out of context I would interpret the question as 1.
But as IntelliJ is asking the question, the context for me is the IDE.
As nothing in the dialog suggest any relation to Kotlin, only 3 is left.

The only things that connect the dialog to Kotlin is,
that you are asking it on the Kotlin Slack,
and that you said the Kotlin team is wondering.
But these details I ignored for my interpretation. :-)
