Hey everyone, quick question regarding crash metrics—how do you typically track your Crash-Free Rate (CFR)? Do you focus on crash-free users or crash-free sessions? And do you measure it over the last 30 days, 7 days, or 24 hours? I'm curious to learn more about what KPIs you use and what the general industry benchmark is. Thanks!

We do a crash triage once a week and assign tickets to relevant teams based on the crash, leaving a note in Crashlytics to mark as investigated. Each week we scroll through all crashes and chat about the ones without notes till we get to the issues with fewer than 10 crashes. Works pretty well for us. I think out crash free rate is 99.x% and we just use the default. view for triage. After release, the dashboard is monitored for any suspicious behaviour, rollouts are stopped if something serious pops up.
