an update on the status of Arrow 2.0

_Schedule_
• we're working on the last issues which may involve any binary incompatible changes, which unfortunately break in Kotlin/Native at this moment
• once the aforementioned issue in Kotlin/Native is fixed (hopefully in 2.1.0-nextBeta), we'll release a `2.0.0-rc.1` 
• if any issues are raised, we intend to release new `rc`s on a weekly basis
• once we have 2 weeks without reported issues, we'll (finally!) release `2.0.0`
_Dependencies_: our intention is to depend on Kotlin 2.1, Compose 1.7.0, and Coroutines 1.9.0 for the final release (hopefully all of them will be out of rc cycle by the time we release)

_Open PRs_: there are a few open PRs which propose new DSLs and APIs. These are postponed to a new 2.0.1 or 2.1.0 (depending on how big they are), with the goal of unblocking the release of 2.0
