Hi Everyone, I need suggestion regarding app approval on play store.

I need to do device/SIM verification. I have implemented this solution, but I am now facing issues with the Google Play Store regarding the SEND_SMS and READ_PHONE_STATE permissions. How should I declare these permissions in the Play Console to ensure my app is approved? I am not using sms-retriever-api.

My app handling financial data basically showing transaction and adding bank account.
