sometimes when our users update the app, this weird white bubble comes. can someone help us fix this?

it feels like some random R.drawable from the code is shown when the app is updated

could it be because it held on to some old drawable id and after the update it changed

If we restart the phone, it gets fixed. there is some caching of drawable or remote view which is causing this issue. Has anyone else faced this issue? any tips on fixing this please
