I need to create a file with an actual implementation only for testing purposes, but if I create the file in commonTest with the name for example HTMLParsing.commonTest.kt or HTMLParsing.test.kt it’s not recognized as an actual implementation

You can only use an actual from your test sources for an expect in commonTest. You can't use expect/actual to swap in a test-specific implementation.
