Im having issues when Amper try to fetch retrofit2 dependency. I says can't find pom checksum but i know for sure that is presence in one of the default repostory

yes, I confirm the issue: if one of repositories fails on resolution (in your case maven.pkg.jetbrains.space returned 400 by some reason instead of 404) then other repositories are ignored and resolution fails.
