Out of the total number of registered devices we have in our db , we have found that around 5 % of them has invalid google ad-ids (GAID)
Like ""(empty) or 0000-0000....
The numbers are in millions
Is it normal or expected to have some discrepancy percentage ?

the advertising ID will be removed when a user deletes their advertising ID in Android Settings. Any attempts to access the identifier will receive a string of zeros instead of the identifier.
