looking for additional feedback on the home page (attached screenshots). I've tried to give a bit more love to Resilience as @CLOVIS suggested, and make example projects more prominent as @dave08 suggested. Unfortunately I could not find a way to add more code, as @Javier suggested, without going into a super-deep change.

That's quite a bit better, but maybe you can add something like: https://www.fritz2.dev/ it starts with features, and then has the Show me code section to show a little example of how features can look good, except that in Arrow's case, you can have a pane with the way to do it w/o arrow instead of the result pane there... it wouldn't take too much rework, and on the front page without delving deeper, you can give a great first-impression.

the problem I see is that fritz has one goal, whereas Arrow has a few of them, so you would need a very long page
to be honest, I'm not a fan of the style of fritz's webpage in which you just have a very long homepage

True, a very long home page isn't ideal, you could always use a carousel, which could be a sort of presentation of such feature sections... I'm just trying to show from there that he picks out pieces of code from here and there to give a feeling of how things look in real code, and that gives a "taste" straight in the home page for potential users...

I like it!
