Hi Folks!

We've just released [VC-K](https://github.com/a-sit-plus/vck) 5.1.0, our 100% KMP verifiable credentials library, supporting:
* W3C VC Credentials and ISO/IEC 18013-5:2021 Credentials
* Credential Issuing according to OpenID for Verifiable Credential Issuance.
* Verifiable Presentation according to ARIES RFC 0454 Present Proof V2 and with Self-Issued OpenID Provider v2, supporting OpenID for Verifiable Presentations.

This new release's highlight is improved interop: The Android target now successfully interops with the EU reference verifier.
