addGithubPackagesRepository() adds the GitHub Packages repo from info supplied by the GA workflow. However, if you're going to publish the Android artifacts to a different repo, that may not work using that function. It probably should, but I've never tried that. It'll depend on if GitHub Packages respects the deploy key config.
