Is there a need for a ktor extension plugin to enable lightweight and event driven architecture/ddd concepts that let you focus on your business logic?

This is an enormously broad question. Do you see a need? EDA and DDD concepts are not exactly the same but have overlap. What are you missing now? Why in Ktor?
