Happenes for Js/WasmJs on mobile devices with software keyboard: when trying to scroll (not touching TextField) while TextField is focused and software keyboard is hidden (but previously was shown at least once) , then software keyboard is opening again. Is it known issue?

Here is a ticket with some textfield issues https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/CMP-6816/Incorrect-TextField-behavior-on-mobile-browsers. I can remember the same issue that you described.
