This milestone includes:
• 🤖 - New official Android Gradle Plugin integration preview
• K - Support for configuring software types from build definitions in Kotlin DSL
• 💪 - New language (DCL) features: enum properties and conditional containers
• 🔌 - Language Server for Declarative Gradle
• 🧰 - Initial support for Declarative Gradle in Visual Studio Code and Eclipse IDE.
You can also now generate sample Declarative Gradle builds via the interactive “gradle init” assistant, making it much easier to try Declarative Gradle. Try out the samples; any feedback will be appreciated!
