KSP doesn't seem to be working with <https://kotlinlang.org/docs/whatsnew21.html#ability-to-publish-kotlin-libraries-from-any-host|klib cross compilation>. I can run `kspKotlinIosX64` on Linux, and the task succeeds, but nothing is generated.

Is that intentional, or should I file an issue?
