After migrating to Version Catalog, the Android gradle files turn to be red
It builds and runs normally
is there any way to return the android block with the color of yellow again ?

Why does it say it is red?
Maybe try to refresh or reimport the Gradle project

I suppose that the IDE is still not able to handle Version Catalog ...

Well, as you have an `android` block I guess you use Android Studio, not IntelliJ IDEA.
AS is always behind IJ non-Android-feature-wise as IJ is always behind AS Android-feature-wise.
So I have no idea, but it could well be that AS is not yet capable of properly handling version catalogs.

Every version of AS that I've used going back at least a year has worked fine with version catalogs
