Small remark on README:
> Every new API has been backported to Arrow 1.2. We strongly discourage from using Arrow 2.0 at this point, except for testing purposes, and use Arrow 1.2 instead.
This isn't true anymore right? Strongly discouraging from the latest stable. I suppose the entire section could be removed?
